The Core Collective at Saint Vincent

The Core Collective at Saint Vincent (The CC) is a dynamic community committed to harnessing the transformational power of youth. The CC's mission is to make well-being the norm in St. Louis by enhancing healthcare for families, promoting socioeconomic equity, and cultivating conscious leaders. As a central hub for healing, housing, and well-being, The CC offers housing and comprehensive services for youth aged 16-22 through its Transitional Living Program, provides community-based mental health support for families with children aged 6-19, and conducts street outreach to connect unhoused youth with essential resources. In 2023 alone, The CC proudly served over 750 individuals.

For nearly two centuries, The CC has made a significant impact in St. Louis. The Transitional Living Program supports youth aged 16-22 who are unhoused or at risk of housing instability by offering housing and supportive services. The Street Outreach Program extends The CC’s reach into St. Louis City and County, where staff engage with unhoused youth, offering basic needs support and linking them to vital resources. Additionally, The CC fosters connections with other community-serving organizations through the Continuum of Care (CoC), expanding its referral network to better serve its clients.
