  • Ryan Coleman

As a previously unhoused person, I am interested in the systems we have in place to assist that population. As a longtime public servant across several City departments, I am uniquely positioned to provide feedback on proposed procedural/operational changes and the departmental/legislative changes that may be required or need to be considered, along with the political feasibility.
