DBSA St. Louis Empowerment Center
The St. Louis Empowerment Center provides free peer support, recovery services, and a sense of community for those with mental health or substance use disorders. Services include case management, daily self-help groups, free lunch, showers, laundry, Wi-Fi, and recreational activities. All services are offered at no charge.

DOORWAYS
For 36 years, DOORWAYS has supported the unhoused and those at risk of homelessness while managing HIV and chronic illnesses. We provide 230 housing units, emergency accommodations, and over $3 million annually for rent and utility assistance. Our new Jefferson Avenue Campus offers integrated services including food support, behavioral health, psychiatric care, job training, and self-development programs. Next year, we'll add an independent pharmacy and community health testing for HIV/STIs.

Haven Recovery
Haven Recovery is a licensed provider of substance use, mental health, and recovery services, offering supportive housing at various levels: Recovery (for substance recovery), Recuperative (for homeless individuals with medical needs), Next Step (independent apartments with community support), and Rental Homes (traditional leases for single-family homes).

Independence Center
Independence Center (IC) is a community mental health organization in St. Louis for adults with serious mental illness. Since 1981, IC has used the Clubhouse model to offer supported housing, case management, psychiatric care, counseling, integrated treatment, employment and education support, and wellness programs. IC provides a restorative environment, fostering belonging, confidence, and independence for those in recovery.
