Humanitri

We stabilize families in crisis through a holistic approach that includes skill development, a professional support network, and temporary housing, all aimed at fostering sustainable life changes. Families join our program through referrals from domestic violence and emergency shelters, churches, schools, or individuals. Our programs help both adults and children address the root causes of their situations, develop essential life skills, learn to navigate everyday challenges, and work together to achieve their goals, paving the way for a more equitable future.

Humanitri's work significantly impacts homelessness in several key ways:

Providing Stable Housing: Humanitri offers transitional housing, which provides individuals and families with a stable foundation to rebuild their lives.

Supportive Services: In addition to housing, Humanitri offers a range of supportive services, including case management, life skills training, and access to healthcare and education through community referrals. These services help individuals tackle underlying issues that contribute to homelessness, such as mental health challenges, lack of education, or unemployment.

Community Integration: Humanitri promotes a sense of community and belonging by helping families integrate into their communities, reducing the social isolation often experienced by homeless individuals and fostering a supportive network that enhances stability.

Humanitri's holistic approach not only addresses the immediate needs of homeless families but also equips them with the tools and resources necessary for long-term stability and success.

Collaboration and Networking: As a member of the Continuum of Care (CoC), Humanitri benefits from collaborating with other organizations dedicated to addressing homelessness. This network facilitates resource sharing, best practices, and innovative solutions, ultimately improving service delivery and client outcomes.
