Conflict Resolution Center-St. Louis

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit providing free conflict coaching and mediation services to residents and employees in the City of St. Louis. We facilitate difficult conversations, whether they involve landlord-tenant disputes, neighborly conflicts, or citizen-police interactions. Anyone, including agencies and the general public, can access our services through our portal at crcstl.org/gethelp.

CRCSTL actively engages in the weekly pro se eviction dockets, helping landlords and tenants move from eviction to mediation agreements, which has kept many families housed. We also connect clients to rental assistance resources when needed. Many of our clients reach out when they are on the brink of homelessness, and we work closely with partners to assist their clients in preventing eviction and resolving landlord issues. We believe in the power of community, and we are committed to making a difference.
